Refund Policy
Any alleged discrepancy in relation to anything purchased from Plum Gifts must be notified within 3 days of delivery otherwise it will be assumed all items were delivered in good merchantable quality free of defect. Plum Gifts will investigate such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute. No refund given for change of mind, however refund will be given on any item found to be faulty.
